Free workouts
Your first 10 workouts in NeonRep are free. The app says so at the end of setup, and Home and Settings → Data show how many free workouts are left. When they’re used up, starting another workout needs the purchase. The app never charges you automatically.
You can always view, export and delete your workout records without buying. Reaching the limit doesn’t erase them or interrupt a workout already in progress: you can still finish it.
- A workout counts when you finish it with at least one set done. Each workout counts once. A workout you discard, or finish with no sets done, doesn’t count.
- Workouts loaded from a backup file don’t count. Deleting a workout from History doesn’t give the free workout back.
- “Delete all data” doesn’t give the free workouts back either.
- The count is kept on your phone, not in your Google account.
One-time purchase
The unlock lets you start as many workouts as you like, with the app’s existing features, through a one-time Google Play purchase. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. The purchase screen shows the price from Google Play, in your currency, before you pay. A payment that is still pending, or didn’t go through, doesn’t unlock the app until Google Play confirms it.
Gift codes
Trap-jaw Ant Studios, LLC may give out Google Play promo codes that unlock NeonRep at no charge. Redeem a code in the Google Play Store app, or tap Redeem code on NeonRep’s purchase screen, which opens Google Play. A redeemed code works like a purchase: it belongs to the Google account that redeemed it and is restored the same way. Each code can be used once and stops working after its end date.
To give NeonRep to someone yourself, you can send them a Google Play gift card. Google Play’s own gift card terms apply to it.
Restoring access and using the app offline
The app asks Google Play about the unlock each time it opens, so after reinstalling or moving to another Android phone with the same Google account, it unlocks again by itself. Restore purchase on the purchase screen asks Google Play again, for example after a purchase on another phone. Buying and restoring need an internet connection. Once unlocked, the app works offline. A restored purchase doesn’t restore workouts: keep and load your workout backup.
Refunds and purchase problems
You can request a refund through Google Play or contact support@trapjawantstudios.com for help. Google Play’s refund rules depend on the purchase and circumstances, including your location. See Google Play’s refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
If a purchase is refunded, Google Play stops listing it, and the app locks again the next time it checks with Google Play. Free workouts already used don’t come back. Your workout records stay available to view, export and delete. Removing the app or using Delete all data doesn’t request a refund.
For purchase support, you may send the Google Play order ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or passwords. Information sent to us is handled as described in the privacy policy.
