This policy covers this website, trapjawantstudios.com, its email sign-up and its contact form. Trap-jaw Ant Studios, LLC (“we”, “us”) runs it. Our games and apps have their own policies, listed on the Policies page.
The short version
- You can look around this website without telling us anything. It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no cookies.
- If you sign up for emails, we keep your email address and use it only to tell you about our games and apps.
- If you send us a message, we use it only to answer you.
- We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email address at any time.
When you visit
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking. Its fonts and pictures come from this website itself, not from other companies.
Our web host, Netlify, delivers the pages. Like any web server, it receives technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for. Netlify handles that information under its own privacy policy.
If you follow a link to another website, that website’s own policy applies there.
If you sign up for emails
The sign-up form asks for your email address and asks you to agree to get emails from us. When you sign up, we keep:
- your email address,
- that you agreed, the exact words you agreed to, and when,
- the IP address the sign-up came from, which Netlify records with it.
Netlify stores the sign-ups for us, and checks them for spam with an automatic filter. We use your email address only to email you about our games and apps, for example when one comes out. We don’t sell it, and we don’t give it to anyone for their own use or for advertising. If we use an email service to send our emails, it gets your address only to send them for us.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we stop sending these emails.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe. You can also email support@trapjawantstudios.com and we’ll take you off the list.
Children
The email sign-up is for people 13 and older, and the form asks you to confirm that. We don’t knowingly keep information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we’ll delete it. If we learn that a message came from a child under 13, we’ll only answer it once and then delete it.
If you write to us
You can write to us with the contact form on our home page or by email.
The contact form sends us your email address, your message and your name if you give it. Netlify records the IP address the message came from, checks it for spam with an automatic filter, stores it for us and emails it to our support inbox.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
Our email provider, Google Workspace, delivers and stores the messages in our inbox. We use what you send only to answer you, and keep it only as long as we need to for that and for any legal reason we have to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@trapjawantstudios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, including the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
